Moonchild

White Pelicans are such magnificent birds, and I am happy that I have had the opportunity to observe them often when I am in Florida, often in large numbers just off Gasparilla Island. Whether swimming, flying or fluffed up and preening, as this one is, I love painting them.

This one just sold at Hughes Gallery, Boca Grande.
